Proudly Involved with Community - Aikido Fitness For Kids

Focusing on Harmony, Balance, Co-operation, Fitness, Co-ordination, confidence through a traditional Martial Art

These classes emphasise the forms and practical understanding of aikido principles of self defence, harmonising with others, working together and building fitness self confidence and co-ordination.

The children learn how to stay safe and deal with aggressors by controlling the attacker (not defeating them), they also practise rolling and tumbling to develop physical balance and flexibility of movement.

Your Instructor – Sensei Lee Stemm has 30 years experience as a martial artist and currently holds the rank of 3rd Dan Aikido Yoshinkan along with a certified Instructors Certificate with the International Yoshinkan Federation in Japan.
